Would not recommend for a pedicure. Appointment booked online, the listing said it was 70 minutes but it was only about 30 minutes. I asked and she told me they never take that long. She did a some kind of gel exfoliator at the beginning but then just washed it off, no additional callous or heal treatment. Basic toe nail filing (no clippers/trim), cuticle shaping, polish. When I got home I noticed polish stains around the skin on several toes.
Charolette is amazing... she has a great personality and always so friendly. I haven't been this pleased with my nails in years...looking for a new nail tech check her out

Highly recommend Michelle at Radiance! I could tell that she really, truly cares not only about the experience, but the results of facials! Not only was she super knowledgeable, but she told me exactly what she was applying on my face and its benefit/purpose. I am so impressed and will be returning. Highly recommend Charlotte for all your nail needs. She specializes in structured gel manicures (builder gel) and creates beautiful nail art! She's sweet, kind, easy to talk to, and has a smile that will light up the room. Radiance gained a true gem with this girly!
