I’m disappointed to share this experience, but I think it’s important for others to know. I stopped by the spa to make an appointment with Megan. I was completely polite and even apologized for interrupting her while she was with a client. I stepped back out to give them space, but when she thought I had left, I overheard her talking about me to the customer she was working on.
