Radian Settlement Services Inc did not send the notary my documents, and I was not able to complete my signing on time. This is not good service, considering that they are charging me $900 for it.
I had terrible service experience with Radian. I was closing two properties with this company. However, the attorney who came home carried documents for just one of the properties and had no clue of what I closing. He was an independent contractor for Radian and probably not briefed on my case. Another closing had to be schedule as all documents were not printed for the first closing.
