They have lost my medical records and their staff was very rude. I have spent the past year to try and get them to at least acknowledge that I was a patient there, but they say I don't exist. I have tried multiple times to contact them and am unable to. The website doesn't exist and the phone is disconnected whenever I call.
I had my first visit at Radial First Cardiology yesterday. It was such a pleasant experience. I felt so comfortable right away by meeting the staff up front, then the nurse was such a sweetheart and Jan was so great at putting me at ease and explaining everything to me about my heart , so that I could understand. I would refer anyone to this excellent practice!
I love Dr. Lassetter and all of his staff. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I trust them with my life!!
Radial First's staff are world class! They listen, they take time with you, and they care about you as a person, not just a number. They are my pick since 2000!
