Had service. Kept getting bill even though I had insurance. Kept telling them they were billing wrong company. Literally made 8-10 calls. They claimed I didn’t have insurance event though had same insurance for over 20 years. They sent bill to a debt collector and tried to ruin my credit. Finally went to legal in my insurance company and they convinced them they were billing wrong company. Horrible horrible business practices.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m very frustrated that I’ve received no bill from Radia however was sent fees through collections in order to pay what I owe for imaging I had done 5 months ago. It would go a long way for the company to stay in good standing with their customers/patients if their billing department did their jobs. I imagine Radia & their employees would benefit from allowing patients to pay them directly instead of going through collections agencies in order to be paid.
As someone who always pays my bill on time and early I was absolutely shocked to find out that I was sent to the debt collectors because of a medical bill. Not ONCE did I receive a bill nor was a notified of a bill. VERY unprofessional and unorganized. Seems to be a reoccurring issue. You guys should really figure out your billing issue.
It would be real nice if they sent a bill before they sent it to a collection agency. 7 months after my wife passed, I received 10 notices from a collection agency for 10 separate bills I never received totaling $58.19. I'm pretty sure the total of the bills is much less than what they paid the collection agency. I believe they may have some serious problems at Radia Inc. Multicare in Spokane Valley would be wise to find a new contracted imaging company to protect their reputation.
I am a 100% disabled veteran and had emergency surgery at multicare. All went well and VA paid all bills. Out or nowhere I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owe 300.00 for imaging. The VA and I received no bills. This is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous to put me through this. The VA impressed they immediately went to work on this with me on the phone only to be treated poorly by both the collection agency and Radia.
