I would not give a 1-star rating, as half of my rental experience with RADI was quite positive, thanks to the property manager, Debbie Marcello. However, the other half of my experience was a complete disaster when a new property manager took over the management of my apartment (for obvious reasons, I will not name her). Property Manger . Victoria has been our Property Manager for a number for years and has at all times been helpful and easy to communicate with. I believe she has demonstrated a fair and balanced view from both the landlords and tenants view. This can be a delicate balancing act which Victoria did by being honest and upfront with what ever the situation was.
We have recently starting renting with Radi and the early process with Julia has been outstanding. Our home was handed over to us beautifully presented. Julia went above and beyond with all communication and had made moving in a wonderful process. We are sure we have a great rental relationship ahead, as they are very attentive.
