Property Manger . Victoria has been our Property Manager for a number for years and has at all times been helpful and easy to communicate with. I believe she has demonstrated a fair and balanced view from both the landlords and tenants view. This can be a delicate balancing act which Victoria did by being honest and upfront with what ever the situation was.
We have recently starting renting with Radi and the early process with Julia has been outstanding. Our home was handed over to us beautifully presented. Julia went above and beyond with all communication and had made moving in a wonderful process. We are sure we have a great rental relationship ahead, as they are very attentive.
They respond fast and accomodating. The agent respond fast to our concerns and get back to us as soon as possible. They're good with communication and the transaction was fast and easy. It was a great experience.
