Horribly unprofessional. Couldn't operate basic medical equipment. Asked me to ahoe them how to use the hoyer lift that we requested 3 weeks in advance. They hurt my paralyzed wife. Bruised her arms and leg. The nurse jammed a speculum in her and cranked it till she screamed. No explanations. Poor communication. Giddy giggly young girls. Prescribed diet sensitive medications with zero explanation. When I called to complain I got screamed at and hung up on. Dr. Pat am was knowledgeable, appeared to listen intently, took time to answer my questions and concerns.. She gave me optional solutions for my problem , and when requested gave her opinion.
