Edit to add 2nd review- 1/13/2026 The item was fixed the first time it broke (see my 2022 review below) and then kept unused for nearly two years. In May last year, when I took it out again, the bead string broke once more—before I could even wear it. After months of delay, I was told repair was only possible if I took it to India, or I could exchange it while losing the making and wastage charges. Visited the Radhika Jewellers expo twice and had the same poor experience both times. Rude and arrogant attitude, minimal communication, and a lack of basic courtesy. After waiting in line for a price estimate, she wrote the price and tossed the slip onto the desk even when I held out my hand to receive it. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend. Unfollowed her Insta page , would never visit and would never recommend!!!
