Updated 5/6/26: Shocked to receive a call from this office after my last experience (documented below) asking when I would be coming in for my next appointment. Equally shocked to see a 4.3 star rating on 110 reviews - but on a closer look, they're all reviews from users with 1 review AKA they're fake! Please find better care elsewhere if you're looking for a doctor! - Writing this as I am waiting for the doctor for my 10:15 appt and it is 11:15. Dr. Jasthi was very friendly and professional. She gave me some great recommendations and even helped me out with a problem I’ve been having for years. I would highly recommend her. She truly listens to her patients and is very compassionate.
She is terrible and will downplay your symptoms when you express still being in pain after competing her prescribed medical treatment. She will dismiss your concerns and provide misguided alternatives to handle your expressed pain/condition that requires dire medical attention. She has treated me that way to a point due to her being a factor of purposely causing me stress, every visit I’ve had with her has caused my nose to bleed, I have cancer and it’s even recorded on my health record that she purposely misdiagnosed me and... read more
