The staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and ethics. After waiting for two hours, I was informed that I needed to pay a balance that should have been covered by my insurance. I also couldn't see a clear breakdown of the charges. This experience is unacceptable.
told my copay was $110—had to call my insurance to confirm it was $25. Payment had to be done through a virtual app with my camera on,, which was odd. The doctor was rushed, had a timer go off during the visit, was told if I need a docotr that is on time for appointments then this may not be a good fit , it was a rushed visit . Felt more like an urgent care than a real doctor’s office.
Dr. Jasthi is truly wonderful. I began seeing her shortly after moving to Connecticut in January of this year to establish care with a Primary Care Physician (PCP). Her office is small, which I believe explains some of the wait times others have mentioned—but in my experience, the wait has never been longer than what I’ve encountered at large, corporate medical practices. Great doctor! Very kind, professional, and caring. Took time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
Writing this as I am waiting for the doctor for my 10:15 appt and it is 11:15. Do not come to this doctor unless you enjoy being nickel and dimed and waiting for AT MINIMUM 1 hour to be seen by the doctor. I tried to give benefit of the doubt of being a new office and she’s understaffed but I’ve now been here 3 times since July 2024. They’re cash only.
