I saw the other reviews and I thought it would be a good time to share mine. I had a great experience, yes because she was communicating with my orthodontist the date wasn’t finalized but it was out of her control. I now have a scheduled date! She was very direct and I appreciate that. I even brought my mom because my mom complains of her bad experiences with doctors but I wanted to show her what I liked about my doctor. My dog bit a piece of my lip completely off and 2 days later with her reconstruction its looking good. Heading back for a follow up. Hope it heals as well as I think it will and if so I will change rating to 5 stars and def recommend . ty ..

Why this woman went into medicine is BEYOND me. I came in for painful TMJ issues. I waited over TWO HOURS to be seen. Guess what Dr. Chigurupati's medical advice for my TMJ was? "Pain is mostly mental." Not only did Dr. Chigurupati offer zero medical assistance, she ignored two separate follow-up requests I made to her office. While it may not be an offense worthy of a license suspension or revocation, Dr. Chigurupati's disregard for her patient's medical problems is concerning and should be investigated. I showed her my sleep study with a diagnosis of sleep apnea (the reason I visited her) and narcolepsy. She told me to see a psychiatrist and try yoga, despite my medical records clearly indicating a physical condition. I realize she shouldn’t know much about narcolepsy, as that is not her specialty, but she should at least recognize that it is a physical condition, not a mental one.

I visited multiple times to setup an appointment. She referred me to an ENT who would take a look at my condition and then discuss it with her to determine next steps. I called multiple times to get feedback, with no calls back or information given. I attempted to schedule my surgery appointment multiple times with no call back (over three months). During the surgery, she was not receptive to questions. My follow up appointment 3days later she asked if I was the patient. Bad bedside manner
