She’s straightforward and has been able to fit me into her schedule when I got sick. One time, I got sick and five days had passed since the onset of symptoms, and when I called the office, she was able to see me the next morning. She called in the antiviral medication as soon as she got my diagnosis (which was around 8 pm). When I wasn’t sure if I had shingles and needed to know, as the symptoms were worsening, she was able to get me a virtual appt so that I could get on antiviral medication right away. Very judgemental. Also beware. Before I left my appointment (with my original issue) she asked if I wanted to talk about some of the other things bothering me. I got a bill a few months later. She charged my insurance hundreds of dollars for this “talk” and I had to pay a separate co-pay for it. This “talk” by the way was just her judging me for my problems. Would not recommend. She doesn’t respect you. What an absolute joke.
I just had my first appointment with Dr Radha Patnana, I am so happy that I changed to her. She was thorough and explained everything to me. Have not had this with a doctor since in lived in Ct. She even called me herself to give me the results from my blood work. Staff is very friendly and respectful. Would recommend Dr Radha Patnana everyone who values a great doctor.
I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Patnana and, unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. While the medical student who initially evaluated me was warm, attentive, and genuinely curious about my symptoms and experience, the interaction with Dr. Patnana was the complete opposite.
