Tried to book an appointment over the phone, now I gotta wake up between 8am and 8.30am to fill out a registration form for an appointment so they can contact to book an appointment over the phone, this sounds like a system that is designed to turn people away and put them off coming, I'll just let my arm drop off instead

I must say I felt very uncomfortable with the phone call I had with the FIRST receptionist I called this morning , I’ve asked her a question which she answered rudely and made me feel dumb , however her answer was WRONG to the question I did ask. When I called back another receptionist picked up and said a different answer . It shows the receptionist had lacked a lot of knowledge and had no respect , it doesn’t make me want to ask for advice again from this medical practice .

this GP practive singlehandedly disillusioned me from believing that the NHS could ever be used as a reliable service to access healthcare. Well done guys, you and your staff truly are awful. At least I can afford private practice going forward. The receptionists get so up in arms about having a blood test as if it comes out of their paycheck.
