Before closing on the property, I was informed that the area at the end of my backyard would either match the model homes or be finished with mulch, similar to the parking lot. It has now been six months since closing, and no one from the developer’s team has responded regarding this issue. On top of that, they’ve dumped yard debris behind my backyard, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the interior paintwork is subpar.
