WOW!!! I thought I loved my house until I saw your home in the Street of Dreams! We just finished our tour and I am speechless with the beauty, functionality, design and quality of the house. If I could give less then 1 star I would. I'm just going to list the problems we had the 2 years after we built our home with Rader. 5 major gas leaks requiring the fire department to come at least once, water leak in kitchen requiring wood floor replacement, exterior and interior wall breaking and requiring powerlift to come and pier, numerous repairs on the hvac, re wiring of many of the electrical groups bc several of our lights flicker due to overloading, wrong fireplace was installed and we had to move our entire family... read more
