Lynn & Linda Rader live on the Rader Family Farm located on the west side of Normal on Ropp Road. Lynn and his 6 younger siblings were raised on this Guernsey Dairy farm by their parents, Glenn and Margaret Rader. Glenn and Margaret moved onto this farm when they were married in 1945 when Glenns Aunt and Uncle moved into town. The family grew up milking cows and showing cows in 4-H. In 1971 the cows were sold after Glenn passed away. The farm took on a very different look when the cows were gone. From then until the present ... read more

Very fun for kids and adults. The pumpkin donuts are delicious. Lots of things to do, and not too far from Bloomington.
Everything is very pricy. Paid a lot to get in and half the actives weren't open or working. No pumpkins were here or Apple doughnuts! Bought kids a pumpkin shaped drink for a buck each then find out you have to buy the drink to put in it. Be aware of that. Water was $2. Such a waste.
We have made going to Rader's an annual event. We think the fun we have at this farm is worth the 45+ minute drive from our home! My two boys love all the activities, especially the little village and the kid corn maze. This year we had to come on a Saturday instead of during the week due to school & while it was a lot busier, it was still very enjoyable and my guys could do everything with out having to wait too long. That was awesome! Thanks so much!
Had an awesome time with my 4 year old daughter! Will definitely go back!
We recently heard about Rader Family Farms from a friend. She said there was alot for kids to do so we had to check it out. I was beyond amazed! I have a 3 year old daughter and she loves all of the acticities. We've already been twice in 3 weeks. The staff is very polite and friendly. We even ate lunch and the food was fantastic. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back! ☺
