I just had the displeasure of repainting a topper that a customer bought from Radco. The bezel/trim that holds in the windows could not all be tightened because their fiberglass was too thick on THEIR product and rather than fix it they decided to leave out 5 screws between two windows. It was an obvious lack of effort because I could see they had attempted to put self tappers in but just gave up. Ordered a topper on 11/13/24. The girl who helped me (no longer there) said 3-5 weeks but closer to 3 week lead time. It's now been 10 weeks. Ever time I would call they would say call next week. Yesterday they said it's in transit, but I should just cancel the order because nobody knows where it is. Talked with the corp. office in Baxter yesterday of course they said someone would get back to me... Save your self time and frustration and go to somewhere reliable. I just pissed away 10 weeks with these assholes.
My brother had purchased at 300200 wiring harness for our 2021 GMC 3rd brake light for the Leer Radco topper. I noted while doing research on the web for installing, that the 300200 was for 2018 and prior years. We stopped by Radco without the receipt from my brother. The folks there understood the issue and happily exchange the 300200 harness kit for the correct 215272 harness kit. I had an issue with a harness on my truck and it took some time to get it squared away but I am pleased with the way it was handled by Radco.
I'm giving five stars because of the A-Team in sales and the installation guys are second to none. The store manager had my new tonneau cover ready to go on. Before I knew it I was out the door & down the road. Thank you Radco. Thank you for great customer service. "I WILL BE BACK"
