What a great experience. Purchased a Leer topper and the product and installation is a for sure 5 star. The manager and his associates have Your interest in mind. And with that, Thank You. Ps order my Leer for my 2025 and again another great experience. Thanks again. Had to go back for a minor adjustment and again thank you.
The guy was great at Radco...but then I had problems. Major leaking inside the topper. He looked at the topper, send me pictures, i did and the business closed. I have left messages, I have tried leaving messages at other Radco businesses in ND. No one has answered. I spent alot of money getting a topper so items would not get wet. Here I am having to plan and wrap items in tarps so they don't get wet. It is very frustrating.
I would have originally gave this store and staff a 4 star....but after you leave their store things change...I bought a tonneau cover and mud flaps for my new pickup as well as a sealing kit for the end gate and paid for installation on all 3. I noticed a day later after driving 3 hours home that the mud flaps were crooked. I called the store and let them know. I basically got no helpful response. I asked what he recommended I do....was told to redo them and that they probably weren't as crooked as i thought... So I asked i... read more
