Radco is just a shadow of what it once was. Never will it be the most resilient, innovative, quick turnaround time like it used to be. Radco once held an impressive 300 certified creditations for testing... I doubt they have half by now. they lost all of the talent that made it all possible.
These guys should study up on the California Plumbing Code. A 2" waste line is not ok for a water closet!
