Referring to response to you gave to Lynn,I was the other so called elderly person in the Ute and I am very capable lifting any items,only one of your staff assisted in loading the fridge the others watched on,I happen to know the elderly lady & man that had items stored at your premises and they are a very truthful & honest elderly couple,as I believe when they questioned about costs being charged they where abused,in my opinion if I lived in Tasmania I would never be using your business
my 90 year old uncle recently had items stored at radcliffe.when asking about pickup was told couldnt alleged staff shortage.which was a day or two.when items were picked up 4 employees were on the dock not a lot of items ute load . one employee assisted in loading limited assistance. when my 90year old uncle returned to settle account . he was charged $159 for labour and a extra weeks storage.upon questioning this office staff got aggressive and abusive and called him foul swear words.the office staff dont realise the gover... read more
Some of our belongings disappeared and coincidentally the 2 staff members left. Therefore their response was to make a report with the police! They refused to take any responsibility . BE CAREFUL! THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES TO DO BUSINESS WITH!
