Terrible “contractor” if you can even call him that and such a dirty worker . We had Tom Radcliffe take on our kitchen demo/foyer and bathroom project. Everything he touched he broke. All of our electrical is messed up and clear negligence and safety issues have been noted. He should have his license taken away. We have to rip out everything he did and start over from the 500 sq feet of tile floor he laid down improperly to the backsplash disaster, to framing all my cabinets wrong, breaking my cabinets, using the wrong nails... read more
