Again and again, demonstrations of absolute ineptitude. Here’s the most recent example: Last week, I went into the health centre to book an appointment, as instructed by a text message sent from the practice. Was told that I just need to call at 8am. Advised that it was an ongoing issue, so ‘receptionist’ checked again, and found that I had an appointment booked for June 27th. Had received NO notification about the appointment. Tried to get an appointment for elderly relative in their 90's. I was told to call at 12 noon for an appointment next week with a named doctor. Called today at 12 and no appointments available again. The receptionists change the advice and rules every time you call and you can never book. Such a shame as some friends have much better service at their surgery. It's so hard for the elderly but the surgery does nothing to help. Such a shame when you're supposed to be able to book appointments in the future now. NOT AT THIS SURG... read more

Don't know what I pay NHS for - Can never get an appointment with these doctors. Need a bandage changing and they have no space and no other dates to get me in.

Very good doctors, have helped me a lot so far when needed, can't fault them at all
