the staff is great I only rated them a three because although the office is great I sometimes have problems with them fitting me in for an appointment. Once you get an appointment the rest is great. Everyone is so friendly and they have always been there to help me with whatever the situation is.
denise this is a very nice doctor,they take time with you.when you call the office they answer very nice and try to get you in to see the doctor as soon as possible,I have not been here but my son goes to him after changing from his other doctor,and he loves here.
Great Personality She is straight forward, polite and considerate. My husband enjoys his visit every time. She is a great doctor and the atmosphere is wonderful. You don't feel like your in a doctor's office.
Great Office I have been going to Dr. Ratini for 2 yrs now and i love his whole staff. They make you feel so comfortable. He and his wife have both been great with me and my husband for the last 2 yrs. We couldn't ask for a better Dr.
