After ordering a tub and promises of a fast installation, there were 5 schedule appointments that were no shows. After showing up with the wrong tub, a new appointment was made. Once again, no show. This “business” has used up all of our Paid time off work for appointments that were not kept. After demanding a refund, they would only refund the labor down payment. Now, we are stuck with a tub on our porch and searching for someone to install. Also, we ordered a ceramic tub and were given plastic. RUN AWAY! Worst business eve... read more
