I have a negative review to leave about this company. As a home owner and person that likes to stay out in the yard instead of being in the house a lot, the constant blue blinking beacon is a nuisance to me. This light blinks 4 times per second or 240 times per minute of every hour of the day if a car is not present. When I called customer service about the blue light, all they can say is that the only purpose of the blue blinking light is their Hallmark feature of owning the sign and it has no purpose other than advertising... read more
My Police Department purchased one of these signs. I sent it back to the company once and now I am told their is something wrong with internet connection to the cloud and that it is out of warranty and it will cost us $1200 if I want to have it fixed. Everything was great with the sign until I had to spend more time troubleshooting problems then having the sign working.
