Worst attorney in chautauqua county, don't waste your money!
When I was younger I used Mr.Radack in both criminal court and family court. The man knows how to deal with people. I thought I knew everything and I fired him during the middle of a criminal court case. It was by far the worst mistake I ever made and it cost me 2 years of my life. Dont under estimate this man he knows how to talk to District Attorneys and he also made family court easy for me. Coming from alot of experience he is by far the best attorney Ive ever met.

Mr. Radack has a very poor judgment. He should not be working as a child's advocate. Not willing to listen to the both sides involved in a custody battle. Couldn't (or didn't want to) see the emotional abuse the child was going through. Stick to defending adults Mr. Radack !!!
