Dr. Norov went the extra mile to squeeze me in to see her today when I had a crisis even though I didn't even have an appointment. She answered all my questions, put my mind at ease.
Dr Rada Norov is the most knowledgeable and professional doctor I ever met. She is very friendly and after each visit I have an impression that she is really taking care of my health as much as possible. Thank you very much Dr. Norov.

Dr. Norov is simply the best primary care physician in this city. She is patient like Buddha, knowlegable like a horde of mathematicians, empathetic like Jesus. After a 5 min conversation with her I felt more supported and understood than ever. The staff is also very nice, could be cause of good management, could be Dr.Norov's aura affecting people around her.
