Really bad hold times. Terrible phone service. holding for an hour. HIRE MORE STAFF!!!!
I called to get prices. They quoted me 70 something dollars every 3 months. I asked about handicap service. An extra 90 dollars. I'm on oxygen and they want to charge extra. I can see why they have bad reviews.
Sometimes misses pick up times as well well leaving grease on cans which transfers to our clothes. Highly recommend going to another company if possible.
First, trash container was replaced a week ago and they broke it again. Second, the trash was not entirely collected. Third, every time trash is collected, gravel is moved out of placed… I mean, focus, you can do better…
Speed through neighborhoods, My garbage can is always left in the middle of my driveway I cant park, me neighbors trash got dumped on the floor.
