They've missed 5 pick ups his years including two in a row the past two week. I emailed Monday after the missed pick up and no response. Sent another email missed pickup Tuesday and no response. Called today, Wednesday they said soonest they can pick up is Friday 4 days late and hung up. Unacceptable, if I pay for a service I expect it to be fulfilled. If I could give zero stars I would. I will be requesting a refund and cancelation of service.
AWFUL SERVICE. Had no choice in service because rental company chooses to use this service. They CONSTANTLY skip our home without reason. I have to call one if not, more than one time a month to have either trash or recycling come back to pick up, though our cans are out the night before and on the street. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone in Tucson. Stay away from this company and use waste management or any other company in town.
Horrible customer service experience at every level! It took over an hour waiting on hold to speak to a representative to cancel my residential trash pick up service. After four follow-up phone calls to have my container removed, they still have not picked it up. I do not recommend Waste Connections of Arizona.
Had these guys for nearly a decade before they got the monolopy on trash. They were great before, now the driver cries about every little inconvenience and just flat out doesn't pick up my trash with no warning. I'm expected to block my own driveway with trash cans because 8 feet from the mailbox is too close. Trashy trash company.
If your driver spent more time doing his job instead of their cell phone we wouldn't have had to clean up a mess. Up and down the street not paying attention and trash left because they were on their phone. Not to mention sitting in middle of street wasting everyones time!!!! W. Eunice Place
