I have been using Right Away Disposal for about 3 years for residential garbage and recycling. The service was great until September 2025 when the first garbage pickup was missed. Another miss in October. The recycle was not picked up in November. I called and spent 30 minutes waiting for a customer representative, because I was number 16 in line. Keep skipping my house. Unsure why. Cans are left on the curb, not overfilled, and cars are not parked in way. Don’t know who drives our route so idk if it’s personal but it’s beginning to feel that way. I do also constantly come home to trash in street and in-front of our house
I am not surprised with the amount of bad reviewed they are receiving, poor crappy service, the call center has a horrible attitude, unhelpful at all. Save your money and go to Waste Management. I will be cancelling and going back to Waste Management. If I could give less stars I would.
Missed pick ups and poor service. Rude customer service.
