Really disappointing experience dropping my Radwagon off for service today. The person checking in the bike took one glance at the bike and said that it needed new brake pads. I told them I changed the pads only 3 weeks ago and they continued to dig themselves into a hole saying that the pads could be worn down already after 3 weeks "because it's a heavy bike". Have some integrity and don't try to continue with the lie to try and make a few more bucks off me replacing brand new brake pads. Have had all good experiences with ... read more
Marcus was a huge help when I popped in last week. I needed a cargo bike for a film shoot, and he hooked me up with a rental that worked perfectly. He even helped us loading and unloading the bike from our vehicle and went the extra mile to make sure that we had all the parts and pieces we needed for the film shoot. 10/10 staff member, this man deserves a raise!
