I have been in a few times looking for advice for my older rad bikes. Dan in the service department is always incredibly helpful and kind. He has helped me troubleshoot a few problems and been generous with his time and knowledge, On the sales floor Steve has always been warm, expedient, and knowledgeable.
Every salesperson here has been incredible and patient with helping us. We have been here multiple times to find our forever bikes and the sales experience has been smooth and I love the way the bikes ride as well.
Huge thanks to Chris and JT! They took excellent care of me the evening I stopped by. I had to drive a long way to visit the store, and the service made the drive worthwhile; five stars for the team.
