I couldn’t be more disappointed with Rad Power Bikes as a company. With reports of their bike batteries catching fire and causing fatal incidents, offering customers only a 50% discount on “updated” replacement batteries is completely unacceptable. We finally purchased our first ebike and after a lot of research we went to Rad Power Bikes in Huntington Beach and couldn’t be happier. Chris and Dan were amazing! They were patient, knowledgeable, and they helped first time visitors like us feel super confident walking out the door. Best customer service! Highly recommend.
Guys were crazy helpful! Went above and beyond answering my questions and even walked me through a diy repair for my brakes. Awesome service!
Had a great class with Anthony...he was very informative and helpful with the tire change class and also taught us how to adjust the breaks...
