I ordered 2 parts from RAD’s customer service. The 2 parts are connected and the bike does not work unless you have the 2 parts. Well they delivered one part and the other was lost as confirmed by UPS and not delivered, so neither parts works. I attempted to return the one part I rec’d and they would not allow me to return it and charged me for both parts. No wonder why this company is in Bankruptcy. If you buy something from them you are likely to get ripped off and I am sure their warranties are trash now too. Don’t buy an... read more
