One is too high of a rating for this company, but the is no option for zero . Customer service is non existant, call thier number no one answers. Piece of junk ! I bought 2 both stop working after 3 rides, returned one ( what a hassle ) kept on because I didn’t have box, it stopped working after 3 uses. The problem with these bikes is thier electrical wire connections , they ship for customer to snap together and there are 10 connections that can and will fail. No phone answer..I need parts..
This is easily the most high maintenance thing I’ve ever owned. Designed in Seattle but can’t handle rain or hills. It requires a technician to own, and yet there are none in existence. Bad company, bad product, don’t buy.
I bought the Rad wagon 4 and the back PVC was cracked I went to the location in Brooklyn and they told me that they don't sell that but they'll give me one from a salvage they said they will call me they never call me for about 2 months 3 months now it's been a year or more I went there and they said that they don't have none when they were moving out I saw them take two or three of the rat for bikes with but it had the back PVC they put now what do I do this company does not keep their word
