I got my appointment in August 2024, started my treatment end of September for 19 months. I am satisfied with the result! As an adult, I had a little space between my 2 front teeth and he fixed it! Dr David Rad was really patient with me with all my questions! I did not expect it but they still follow you after the treatment. It hurts but it worth it! Great place, the staff and docs are top notch. I wish this place was where I got braces many years ago! Very kid and family friendly
Aftercare from this place, I have learned, is severely lacking. After having worn my retainers for one month, the tech told me I was good to go and wouldn't need any further appointments. There has been no follow up from Dr. Rad, and I did not even get an X-ray at the end of my treatment. I saw the doctor twice over the course of my treatment, which was almost 3 years. The technicians gave me conflicting information, MONTHS apart, regarding which sides I was supposed to be wearing rubber bands on, so idk how much that messed... read more
