Dropped in this shop to get help on a broken frame and Sarah was more than accommodating and helpful. She ended up fixing my issue and all she asked was a good review. I feel I should have paid her for her service but she just trusted me to give her a review. I would definitely recommend using Rad Optical for any optical needs.
I normally don't give such low ratings to merchants, where I can help it. But, in this case Rad is; Overe-xpensive, Unsupportive and unwilling to take responsibility when it comes to customer care. Just about the only business attributes left in N. America.

Could not recommend this place more!!! I was local at an event nearby and my daughter had run out of contacts needed to perform. The owner of the store came to the rescue!
