I have been doing workouts with RADfit club for a little over a year now and it has been the best thing for me. It has allowed me to get adult conversation which is very nice since I am a mama of two and I needed something to help me get back to who I was prior to my girls. Abi is hands down the best trainer I’ve worked with. She’s knowledgeable, motivating, genuine, and sincere. In the short time I’ve been working out at RAD Fit it has become a second family. Being from California, and staying home with my two littles ones can be very isolating. I look forward to my morning workout with my “family”. My kids look forward to going.
