I went in for a tune up, and after an assessment, they told me my bike was still in good condition for the summer season. Really appreciate the honesty! Not only that, but they noticed that both my kickstand and back wheel were installed sloppily (by Kissing Crows) and fixed both, free of charge. Also, they gave me a valve cap! Truly an above and beyond experience. I will definitely be going back to R.A.D. for my bike servicing and highly recommend!
Hands down the best bike shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming to R.A.D. Cycles for a few years: incredible customer service and excellent repair work. Highly recommend.
Best shop around, he could of charged me 200$ and I wouldn't of known any better but he gave me a honest price and they are fast, he told me it would take 2 hours but was done in 30 mins so gotta go five stars
Amazing service. Super helpful and go that extra mile. I broke my seat post and dropped in to see if they had replacements. They did, and in 10 mins they'd installed it for free and cleaned some fresh bird poop off my bike. Super greatful. Thanks!
Like most people I got great service so I can only think those other reviews were just a one off. I was helped right away and the person even tried to fix my problem for free. I liked the methodical way they checked the problem and they explained every step they took. Very nice people and an excellent price. I am definitely coming back and recommending them to my friends.
