Please for the love of god if you had work done by this company get an inspector out ASAP! We hired RAD to do a remodel for us in 10/2022 and weren’t able to move into our home until 05/2023 when we were supposed to be in by Jan 2023. To date we’ve now spent almost as much fixing his and his employees mistakes as we originally paid him to do the work and that’s not including future costs we will incur when we’ve saved enough to fix everything else they did wrong that we can’t afford to fix now. RAD did a good job with our bathroom remodel, and it was easy that all the services (painting, tiling, plumbing, and electrical) was all in-house. Project took longer than expected and ended up over budget, but they kept our only toilet functioning the whole time. After living with the remodel for a month, there are some things that could have been done better. Grouting and painting aren't as precise as they could be.
These people are a rip off. The ripped me off for $3000.00 half of what they said they would do my bathroom for. Adrian is a big scammer. I am contacting the attorney generals office and turning them into the prosecutor. These guys need to be put into jail.I want my money back I live on social security. It took me a long time to save that money so I could get a walk in shower. Now I have no shower and no money. I feel like they’ve gone out of business. They did a bathroom remodel for me last year, which seemed okay, but now the shower door has fallen off and I can’t get an answer on any of the FOUR phone numbers I have in my contacts, online, or various business cards.
Edit: I have been requesting an update since Oct 5th. Last heard from them Aug 31st. I'm noticing that several of the other reviewers are having the same issue. I've review via BBB. I guess I'll join the those going to AG. Update: I don't know why it's so hard to get a response from this company. At the one month mark from when they said they were ordering supplies, I requested an update and to know how long it usually takes for supplies to come in.
