What a thoroughly professional, polite and informative experience. Dr Vijay Rajaram and Paula did an excellent job diagnosing the real problem which had been overlooked by others. Consultant asked questions, confirmed medical history, scanned, diagnosed, and resolved issue within 30 minutes, after NHS GP could not diagnose, even after barrage of tests, x-rays, physical therapy over several months. I recently attended RAD Clinic in Northampton for an ultrasound of my neck and shoulder. This was my second visit to RAD Clinic; my previous appointment was at their Milton Keynes clinic. The sonographer was compassionate and provided valuable advice on managing my shoulder pain. The neck scan was to assess my thyroid gland due to my Hashimoto's disease.
