Just wanted to thank the staff at Rad Air. For their prompt and courteous service, free towing, and loaner vehicle. I was so impressed with the vehicle they gave me, I purchased it, they even delivered my car to my residence. Great automotive technicians. Ask for Quenton or Ricky, "Hands Down", Best Automotive Shop in Akron, Ohio.
The service has always been fair and professional.
Just called to ask a question and the guy who answered the phone at 2:40pm was one of the rudest people i have ever talked to on the phone. I will make sure everyone i know doesn't come here to get work done. All i wanted to do was ask a simple question. Very disappointed with the interaction i had with one of your employees. His attitude was totally uncalled for.

Not only were they able to fit my car in for major AC service in peak season, but when something went wrong shortly after, they got it right back in and fixed the issue no cost and got me right back on the road. I swear by these guys!
Don't ever take your car here worst experience I've ever had!!! Took thousands of dollars of my money and nothing is fixed!!! Car won't even start after I got it home!!
