I recently took my nine-year-old vehicle to this facility to have the alternator replaced and was impressed with the overall repair experience. I initially called to get a price quote, and promptly received a return call with the estimate and an offer to bring the car in immediately! Since that wasn't possible, I booked an appointment for 8 a.m. the following day. Excellent service. In and out
If I could leave a TEN-STAR review I would! The team at Rad Air not only went out of their way to help me by squeezing me in, they gave me a LOANER CAR to drive until the multiple oil leaks on the engine was fixed on my 09.Audi A4. They then cleaned the entire engine, and ran dye through it to make sure they found every leak! Such a wonderful group of honest, polite, respectful and genuine men! I will never go anywhere else! They give you a hard time if you request the AAA discount. 10% up to $75! They make up a fake discount on the invoice. Look at the Invoice before paying these jokers ! Nothing special I would recommend going some else!
Took my car here with a dead battery. Told them the car was having signs of dead battery. They had me take it to a dealership because of the codes and guess what.. it was the battery. Lazy employees unfortunately. Rad air responded. This was before 10/24.
