They were super helpful and quick to get my a/c fixed and running smooth again after a critter put nuts in our fan and chewed our filter. I cannot thank them enough for their grace when I had to come back the next day with the same problem! Thankful the spearmint spray they recommended worked to keep the critters away! To top off the whole experience, they sent a hand written thank you card for using their business. Who does that anymore? It was the cherry on top of the ice cream if you know what I mean.
I took my BMW SUV to Chuck and his team for repair. What can I say? Great communication, Chuck was truly professional and kept me aware of what was going on and did the repair in a timely manner for much less money than I expected. If your vehicle needs TLC this is the place to take it.
I had to take my car in here after another local mechanic place had failed to do the job and unfortunately got me for $600 AND KEPT MY CAR FOR A WEEK.HONESTLY . NOT EVEN FIXING THE PROBLEM. Chuck took great care of my car, and was very understanding of my unfortunate situation. They had the right tools for the job and went above and beyond, and they got my car done the same day! WITH a warranty for 12 months! THANKYOU SO MUCH!!!
I get my Jeep serviced at the Medina location, I have had nothing but great experiences! I feel like a friend there, The prices are very fair, and the work is amazing! When I pick up my Jeep, it feels like brand new vehicle! I truly appreciate all the work they do, how timely they do the work, the friendliness, and professionalism. And you get a candy bar when you pick up your vehicle!
