07/24/2022 I contacted Racz Appliance Repair at 5:36PM EST via the phone number listed through a Google search of local appliance repair companies. The phone number was (410) 533-4472 and the man, Careem K Mitchell, came promptly to my house to take a look at my refrigerator. He let me know I needed a new compressor and verbally quoted that would cost $1100 in repairs. Washer broke down Saturday morning at 10 am. Called Landers and the best they could do was come this Friday..Then called Sears and their best was Wednesday. Called Racz and they said Saturday between 10 and 2. The tech was at my home at 1:30. Diagnosed the problem and said he would be back around 4 with the part and finish the repair..Came back right on time and finished the job. Also about 80 dollars less than the competition. Best service every. Would use always from now on.
Careem is one of the worst repair experiences I've ever had! Took a few days to arrive after saying he would come early. Was rude and agitated the entire time. He got paid $160. Fixed nothing. Said he was going to come back. Never did. Stopped answering phone calls. Never in a million years should you ever hire this man or this company! Good day.

Rip off. Lied about ordering parts. Required deposit toward part that never came in. 6 weeks after visit still not in. Called and cussed me out and refused refund for deposit. Bad business.
Careem came and quickly assessed the problem with my dryer and returned a couple of days later with needed part, and just as quickly and efficiently did the repair. I will using Racz Appliance Repair again to repair my stove as I was very pleased with the level of service provided!
Wonderful service price is resonable very flexible I will be using this service again if needed and refer to other people�
