Poor Management & Not Worth the Price. The instructors at RACV One Lifestyle Gym in Torquay are fantastic and deserve credit – they clearly care and give it their all. Unfortunately, they're up against poor management and constant staff turnover, and it shows. Classes are frequently cancelled with little to no notice. On one occasion, a 6:15 am Monday class had no instructor show up — no acknowledgment, no apology, and no communication from management. Fabulous hotel to relax in or workout in great gym pool and spa. Great restaurant great coffee not over priced!! Couldn't get a warmer spot for lunch on a cold wet day with a fabulous warm fire
Best if you deadly want a retreat. Make sure you understand what you want from the web and if you're taking advantage of all or most of the facilities
Excellent staff and facilities. Onsite outdoor and underground parking. The view from the room over the golf course and out to the ocean was spectacular.
