2 years to get a system fully working !! Firstly drilling a hole in the inverter during installation December 2021(voiding the warranty). Then installing a 3 phase inverter instead of single when rectifying initial problem. Problems with the installation of the single phase taking more weeks to sort out. All this followed up by issues connecting to the app, poor wifi capability from Fronius inverters. Ultimately a faulty ethernet cable supplied by RACV Solar finally identified, by myself in February 2024!! No acknowledgement... read more

Wanted to give a massive thank you and shoutout to the team at RACV Solar. Andrew our salesman was great to deal with and very knowledgable, and went above and beyond to ensure that we selected the right products for our home. He went even as far to do comparisons on other quotes we received, and broke down how each product worked and how each item stacked up. Extremly happy with the whole process and follow up - all was very easy and no hiccups through the whole process. Bills have reduced already which is exactly what we were after.
Gippsland Solar have been outstanding in every way in the process so far in obtaining Solar for our new home construction. Linzi, our consultan,t has been just terrific, her assistance and willingness to 'deal' on the quote 'sealed the deal' for us. We are really looking forward to enjoying our new house with Gippsland Solar(RACV Solar) on the roof doing it's job of saving us money.
