Helpful, not pushy and always quick to reply to any questions. He gave me a couple of quotes for two different systems, one of which I went with. 2 years to get a system fully working !! Firstly drilling a hole in the inverter during installation December 2021(voiding the warranty). Then installing a 3 phase inverter instead of single when rectifying initial problem. Problems with the installation of the single phase taking more weeks to sort out. All this followed up by issues connecting to the app, poor wifi capability from Fronius inverters. Ultimately a faulty ethernet cable supplied by RACV Solar finally identified, by myself in February 2024!! No acknowledgement... read more

Andrew our salesman was great to deal with and very knowledgable, and went above and beyond to ensure that we selected the right products for our home. He went even as far to do comparisons on other quotes we received, and broke down how each product worked and how each item stacked up.
