20k down the drain . terrible experience.riddled with lies and deception . RACV Solar Installed our solar panels on our studio roof which is shaded much of the time. They assured us that this would not be an issue . this was after they first recommended installing them on our garage roof which gets better sun . Batteries receive hardly any charge . been 3/4 charged once since the install was completed . 20k for a system poorly installed . Total waste of money and RACV Solar have totally washed their hands of any wrong doing ... read more

Today I reached out to the Racv solar team to solve a problem re starting our Fronius wifi This issue took well over an hour, handling this from the Racv team was Kelly, I have to say what an absolutely fantastic job she did, she was patient, methodical, persistent and cheerful. Well done Kelly
3 months after paying over 65k for a full off grid system to be installed we are still paying for a power bill due to complete lack of organisation and not showing up when they are meant to. Worst business i have ever dealt with
