Today I reached out to the Racv solar team to solve a problem re starting our Fronius wifi This issue took well over an hour, handling this from the Racv team was Kelly, I have to say what an absolutely fantastic job she did, she was patient, methodical, persistent and cheerful. Well done Kelly
3 months after paying over 65k for a full off grid system to be installed we are still paying for a power bill due to complete lack of organisation and not showing up when they are meant to. Worst business i have ever dealt with
