We checked in and the room had stains and damages to the walls+skirting+sink, mould and hard water stains through the bath, random pink stains on the wall+headboard +floor, bug or human mess on the side light and a dirty stained lounge. We took photos of all the issues on check in in case they tried to charge us for it (of which they did). They also left our golf clubs sitting over at the clubhouse when they were supposed to brought back over and secured in the hotel. Hotel is great. Fully refurbished - excellent standard. Service is a bit hit and miss - wait staff are a hit, reception staff a miss. Location - well it’s not exactly the Gold Coast, in fact you are some distance from the beach but to be fair, the hotel doesn’t advertise itself as a beach stay. Main issue, I booked an Executive level suite (level 22) with club access. I had 2 friends join me one night while having a meeting - they had a beer each and I was charged $70 for that ($35 each) - it’s a bit much given I wasn’t even... read more
We stayed in your Family Suite, and the room was fantastic. The venue was for the NIBA conference, and it was a great venue for this event, had a great time.
One Spa has warm welcoming staff that immerse you in a journey to peaceful relaxation and a quieting of the mind. The staff were kind and attentive. The experience was NEXT level professional and every detail was perfect. Honestly the best Spa massage treatment experience I have ever had!
Very nice, family friendly, great location venue. The added discounts and other amenities was a bonus as well for families! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
