I was in there with my son last Thursday. There were 5 employees and not one greeted us when we came in. After about 10 minutes, one guy asked if we needed help. I was looking to purchase shoes for him and shoes for myself, but we left without a single pair. We will try again. If not better the next time, we will go out of town.
Unmatched customer service. They take their time making sure you get exactly what you want/need. They are the best of the best!
I came in last week to get some shoes on the recommendation of my podiatrist, the customer service I experienced was better than any I have ever been given at any shoe store in town. Thanks a million, my feet already feel better and I will never go anywhere else for athletic shoes!
During this crazy mess I was able to order my Hoka and flip flops with their help. Order them one day and received them the next day at my house. Amazing service thru this virus. Great place
I went in to get my race packet and was able to leave with some gear that I can not find closer to home. They were having a great sale as well. Friendly staff!
