Great hospitality made moving in very easy. I've been here 3 years and this is rhe best year yet.

Terrible management, bogus charges (couch that I told them was tattered and they told me they’d replace but never did), and overpriced for what is offered compared to what competing housing in the area (Park Point, Apex, and Province) offers. Only redeeming quality was the half bathroom. Would never recommend anyone live here even if it’s the last resort. You’re better off literally anywhere else. Also, don’t need to focus on making a new basketball court when the living conditions are the worst part
Was Only in for 3 months but boy did they try to milk every penny I had. Tried to get me to sign on at nearly double the rate of my initial lease offer, and additionally charged me for damages to a window that simply had not occurred. Trash consistently strewn about the lawn areas, and contractors were often blocking accessible parking areas/ramps/access in general during this time.
