Horrible!if you have any issues it takes weeks for it to get resolved after multiple reminders! Paying a premium prices for shitty services! They need a professional management team on site!
What an amazing place to live life, the team does everything they can to keep everything running well and every morning the amenities are clean, they never are rude, and on top of that it’s a perfect location, safe and right next to campus. I couldn’t be happier
The Hill allowed multiple residents to be sexually assaulted by refusing to fix a broken door (which is still broken) when they knew a man was breaking in a sexually assaulting people. This place will violation all of your rights and the apartments aren't even close to worth it. My apartment was disgusting upon move in and they clearly didn't clean it seeing as cat food was scattered through the apartment, the surfaces were disgusting, there was damage throughout the apartment.
