Was this family doctor friendly? Yes
Dr Ramirez does not enter important information in patient records which causes issues. She is never available to talk to patients over the phone... everything is refered to the nurse who is very rude. It seems like getting people in and out quickly in order to make money is her priority... patient care is not that important. The staff seem to be unhappy with their jobs. I will never return.
They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced.
