Absolutely outstanding service I had RACQ out last Thursday at Nerang Hungry Jacks for a motorbike jumpstart, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to respond. Went to see about getting our caravan insurance reduced but the lady I had was only interested in printing off policies and supplying a folder
Dreadful service. RACQ offered $49 wheel alignment which I applied for online. One week later a message was left on my phone to call them regarding an appointment. After spending 15mins in the phone with NO answer I gave up. Do yourself a favor and give you business to a company that cares
