This is the third time we used Raco Asphalt, it was great working with the team to go over our property needs, from meeting at the property, going over all our needs, they went up and above in a few areas. Pricing was awesome. Overall, a great experience and will continue to use them. Highly recommend.
Be very careful doing business with this company RACO Asphalt and Concrete, RACO Services, RACO Paving They have a history of not honoring their financial commitments and refusing to pay what’s owed — even when work was clearly completed. If you’re a subcontractor, salesperson, or vendor, make sure to get everything in writing, and don’t rely on verbal agreements. There are better companies out there who treat people fairly.
Sad to say that Raco did a $45000 asphalt job for our HOA with a 1 year warranty and not only are there problems, but they won’t contact us back to discuss the issues. Now have a complaint with BBB and they won’t call them back either. They have not honored their own work or contract.
On time and when they promised. Great work
Great customer service and quality work. Raco expertly patched our parking lot, minimizing the disruption to customers and staff. Great job!
