At the end of June, we were traveling to the Northeast and we pulled out our Thule and it practically just fell apart. That was on a Sunday and Racks for the Road is closed on Monday and we were leaving 5 am Tuesday. We have used Racks several times so I messaged Ryan (the owner) at 10 pm Sunday and really just asking advice and he offered to meet me at the shop on Monday morning, his day off. I found Ryan while searching around for someone to install a tow hitch and help me figure out a bike rack setup—and I’m really glad I did. He was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made it easy to get scheduled. The install looks clean and solid, and he helped me find a rack that actually fits my needs. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and won’t waste your time.
