Absolutely love my install! From email, phone to in person meeting, Ryan was great! Very knowledgeable and patient enough to educate me on my crossbar options.
Would recommend this business to anyone. Needed to buy a cargo rack and have it installed in a pinch for an upcoming weekend trip and Ryan was able to make it happen same day. Customer service was top notch and he was very knowledgeable which was great since I had no idea what I really needed or how it all works.
At the end of June, we were traveling to the Northeast and we pulled out our Thule and it practically just fell apart. That was on a Sunday and Racks for the Road is closed on Monday and we were leaving 5 am Tuesday. We have used Racks several times so I messaged Ryan (the owner) at 10 pm Sunday and really just asking advice and he offered to meet me at the shop on Monday morning, his day off. I found Ryan while searching around for someone to install a tow hitch and help me figure out a bike rack setup—and I’m really glad I did. He was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made it easy to get scheduled. The install looks clean and solid, and he helped me find a rack that actually fits my needs. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and won’t waste your time.
Ryan took a great deal of time explaining which racks and tents would be a good application for my truck and needs.
